The Rainbow Centre is a charity that delivers a range of services in Folkestone & Hythe District to provide support and hope to individuals and families experiencing deprivation, hardship or homelessness.
Touchbase Care is a dynamic community group, located in Folkestone’s Creative Quarter. They take an innovative and holistic approach to supporting adults and young people with physical disabilities, learning difficulties, neurodiversity and sensory impairment.
Take Off Charity supports people with mental health problems to improve their well-being and live happier and healthier lives. They have grown to serve the community of East Kent, including Canterbury, Ashford, Faversham, Dover, Thanet and Folkestone.
Home-Start is a local community network of trained volunteers and expert support helping families with young children through their challenging times.
Living Words delivers creative projects to people living with dementia through residencies in care homes and partnerships with local authorities.
Napier Friends help people seeking asylum to settle into their local community and their new lives in the UK.
Baby Basics is a volunteer-led project aiming to support new mothers and families who are struggling to meet the financial and practical burden of looking after a new baby.
RSPCA Folkestone and District Branch
RSPCA looks after the welfare of wild animals and pets in the UK. Through their campaigns they raise awareness of the issues that face all animals today, they rescue and rehome animals in danger or distress.
South Kent Mind is dedicated to helping those suffering with mental health challenges. They endeavour to make sure that everyone suffering with mental health issues has somewhere to turn to for advice and support.
