Snowy Saturday
at The Sports Centre
I don’t remember the weather forecasting snow for today, but that’s exactly what magically happened this evening! Snow, Santa and skiing! All the elements to make a great advent door.
At 6 o’clock door 17 opened to reveal an amazing set of skiers in position at the top of the dry slope, they were all covered in glow sticks which made for a very cool looking descent down the hill!
There was so much going on tonight, from the skiers riding down doing tricks and even groups of them coming down the slope in formations. I think a real highlight was the audience being allowed to go down the slope in the rubber rings.
This evening we were collecting for The Folkestone Ski Centre Charity.
